Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using Eidros. They govern your relationship with the platform and outline your rights and responsibilities as a user.
01Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Eidros ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including visitors, free trial users, and paid subscribers.
02Description of Service
Eidros is an AI agent platform that observes user behavior through its Mirror system and recommends, activates, and manages AI agents on behalf of the user. The Service includes Core (the orchestration layer), Mirror (the behavioral observation layer), and domain-specific agents (collectively, "Your Team"). The Service is provided via web application and integrated third-party platforms.
03Account Registration
You must create an account to use Eidros. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Eidros accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
04Free Trial
Eidros offers a 7-day free trial with access to Core, Mirror, and up to 3 agents. No credit card is required for the free trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will be downgraded to read-only access unless you subscribe to a paid plan. Trial accounts that remain inactive for 90 days may be deleted.
05Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Eidros reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to subscribers.
06Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Eidros to: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe the intellectual property rights of others; transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service's infrastructure; attempt to reverse-engineer or extract proprietary algorithms; use the Service to train competing AI models; or impersonate any person or entity. Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.
07Your Data & Privacy
You retain ownership of all data you provide to Eidros. By using the Service, you grant Eidros a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service. Behavioral data collected by Mirror is used exclusively to personalize your experience and is never sold or shared. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
08Third-Party Integrations
Eidros integrates with third-party services (Slack, GitHub, Google Workspace, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms of service. Eidros is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of third-party services.
09Intellectual Property
Eidros and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Eidros, Inc. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other IP laws. Agent names, the Mirror system, and the Core orchestration layer are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any portion of the Service without prior written consent.
10Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Eidros does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that agent recommendations will be accurate or complete. Use of the Service is at your sole risk.
11Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eidros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Eidros's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12Termination
Eidros reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or for any reason with 30 days' notice. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13Changes to Terms
Eidros may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email and in-product notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
