Privacy Policy

Eidros is built on the idea that your behavioral data is yours. We use it only to make Eidros more useful for you. We never sell it, share it, or use it to train across users.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (name, email, account preferences) and behavioral metadata observed through Mirror (app usage patterns, time-of-day rhythms, digest engagement, tool-switching behavior). We do not read the content of your emails, documents, messages, or files — only behavioral metadata about how and when you interact with connected tools.
How We Use Your Information
Behavioral data collected by Mirror is used exclusively to generate agent recommendations and personalize your Eidros experience. It is never sold, shared with third parties, or used to train models across users. Account information is used to manage your subscription and communicate with you about your account.
Data Storage & Security
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We are SOC 2 Type II compliant and GDPR and CCPA ready. Your behavioral profile is stored in isolated, user-scoped storage and is never accessible to other Eidros users or employees without your explicit consent.
Third-Party Integrations
When you connect third-party tools (Slack, GitHub, Google Workspace, etc.), we access only the minimal permissions required for Eidros to function. We do not store your OAuth tokens beyond what is required to maintain the integration. You can revoke any integration at any time from your settings.
Data Retention & Deletion
You can export or permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Behavioral model data is deleted immediately upon account deletion.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand aggregate usage patterns and improve the product. We do not use advertising cookies. You can manage cookie preferences at any time.
Children's Privacy
Eidros is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
Changes to This Policy
We will notify you by email and in-product notification of any material changes to this Privacy Policy at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Eidros after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
