FAQ
Everything you want to know before you start.
Getting started
Do I need to know how to code?+
No. Eidros is built for operators — people who run teams and make decisions, not engineers. You connect your tools, Mirror observes your work, and agents are activated with a single tap. There is no configuration, no workflow building, no technical setup.
How long until I see my first recommendation?+
Mirror starts building your behavioral model immediately. Most users receive their first agent recommendation within 3–5 days of normal usage. The more you work through the tools Eidros is connected to, the faster Mirror calibrates.
What tools does Eidros connect to?+
Slack, email (Gmail and Outlook), GitHub, Linear, Notion, Google Calendar, Google Workspace, and browser activity tracking (via our Chrome extension). More integrations ship regularly.
What does the 7-day trial include?+
Everything. Core + Mirror active from day one. Up to 3 agents. Morning digest, weekly email rollup, real-time Slack alerts, and the full dashboard. No credit card required. Cancel at any time.
Mirror & privacy
What exactly does Mirror track?+
Mirror observes app usage patterns, time-of-day rhythms, digest engagement (what you click vs. skip), tool-switching frequency, and where workflows stall or get abandoned. It does not read the content of your emails, documents, or messages — only behavioral metadata.
Is my behavioral data shared with anyone?+
No. Your behavioral weight profile is private to your account and is never shared, sold, or used to train models across users. It exists to make Eidros more useful for you specifically.
Can I turn Mirror off?+
Yes. You can pause Mirror at any time from your settings. Note that without Mirror, agent recommendations will not be personalized — you would need to manually activate agents from the catalog.
How does Eidros handle my data?+
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and SOC 2 Type II standards. You can export or delete your data at any time. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
Agents & features
Can I name my own agents?+
Yes. Every agent can be renamed to match your team's language and culture. Forge could be "Dev Watch." Pulse could be "The Media Desk." Scout could be "Radar." Your team, your names.
What's the difference between personal and professional agents?+
Personal agents focus on individual workflow patterns — your habits, your decisions, your friction points. Professional agents are designed for team contexts — shared opportunity registers, routed findings, multi-user behavioral models. Both types are available on Team plans.
How many agents can I have?+
Trial: up to 3. Solo: unlimited. Team: unlimited across all users. Mirror will recommend adding agents gradually — it won't suggest six at once if three are still proving their value.
What if an agent isn't useful?+
Dismiss it. Mirror learns from your engagement and adjusts future recommendations. An agent that consistently produces findings you ignore will be ranked lower in future suggestions.
Pricing & billing
What does Solo cost after the trial?+
$49/month, billed monthly. Annual billing is available at a discount. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from your account settings.
What's included in the Team plan?+
The Team plan is $149/month for up to 5 users. It includes everything in Solo plus shared opportunity registers, role-based agent visibility, custom agent personas, and dedicated onboarding. Contact us for teams larger than 5.
Is there a startup or nonprofit discount?+
Yes. Reach out via the contact page with your organization's details and we'll work something out.
Competitors & comparisons
How is Eidros different from n8n or Zapier?+
Automation tools require you to know what to automate, then build it. Eidros figures out what you need first, then activates the right agents. You don't design workflows — your behavior does.
How is it different from MindStudio or Gumloop?+
Those platforms are builder tools — they give you a canvas to construct agents. Eidros is a recommendation platform — Mirror watches your behavior and tells you what agents to activate. The philosophy is completely different.
How is it different from Lindy?+
Lindy assigns "digital employees" — you pick the role, you configure the task. Eidros lets Mirror decide what role is needed based on where your actual leverage is. Less setup, more signal.
